Practical information

The DRAKKAR workshop will be held online this year again (unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions).

Registered participants will be invited to join a virtual conference space operated by VirtualChair on this page : https://www.virtualchair.net/events/drakkar22

They will also have access to a shared folder with all the presentation material before the workshop.

The scientific programme is available on this website and includes: keynote talks, topical discussions, short talks, and exchanges with the presenters around their full presentations.

Keynote presentations

Nora Loose, Ryan Holmes and Dion Häfner will give 3 keynotes presentations based on recently published work. The presentations are scheduled in the main presentation room with 25-30min presentation and 15 min for Q&A. The keynotes will be recorded and shared with the participants.

Topical discussions

Three topical discussions are scheduled in the agenda. The discussion will take place in the discussion room. The discussion will be guided by discussion chairs, who will also report on the conclusion in the workshop closing session. The topical discussion will not be recorded.

Short talks and exchanges with the presenters around their full presentation

Each of the 3 days, 2 successive slots will include five 5 min presentations followed by a 20-minute Q&A session. These presentations will take place in the presentation room

Later on that day, these presenters will be available during one hour for more in-depth discussion with interested attendees with access to their full presentations and posters in the poster room.
